Terms & Conditions
Our objective is to provide excellent service to all our customers. Please note the following conditions.
- Your membership allows admission to Club Finals, Counties Manukau Steelers matches at Growers Stadium, Pukekohe. It does not include semi finals and finals of NPC - but you will have first right of purchase if these events are at Bayer Growers Stadium.
- Grandstand seats are limited so it is on a first in best seated basis.
- Ownership of a membership is non-transferable and the card can not be on-sold by any party without written authorisation.
- Your membership can be revoked for abusive or dangerous behaviour.
- Your season membership will be invalidated if payment is not received in keeping with the payment schedule.
- Providing the terms and conditions are met to the satisfaction of Counties Manukau Rugby Union, you have an automatic right of renewal for subsequent Memberships.
- There is a $15 fee per membership for the replacement of lost or stolen memberships.
- Use of memberships that have been reported as lost or stolen will result in prosecution.

The All Black ticket offer is for the 2010 All Black v Wales game only, to be played on 26 June 2010 at Waikato Stadium and is strictly limited to the first 600 people who join our membership package (ten tickets per member only). Once your membership/s have been received, we will be in contact to confirm if your order for an All Black ticket can be met. authorisation. Please do not be offended if ID is required to confi rm that a child is under 15 years of age as of sale date of membership
- Dishonoured Credit Card Payments: If a credit card payment is declined by your bank, you will be contacted regarding an alternate form of payment. If payment is not received in keeping with terms, entry will be barred.
Dishonoured Cheque Payments: If a cheque is dishonoured, you will be contacted for a further form of payment. If payment is not received in keeping with terms, entry will be barred.
