Pukekohe High School continued their dominant season as they defended the 1^st XV Challenge Shield 39-13 against Tuakau College while Papakura High School defeated Manurewa High 36-17 to hold a share of second place.

Tuakau College blanked Alfriston College 48-0 in Boys U15 Open play to stay one point off the competition lead.

Elsewhere, top ranked Waiuku College beat Papakura High 39-13 while Pukekohe High maintained their form with a 64-0 win over Te Kauwhata College.

Waiuku College edged Wesley College 17-15 in Boys U14 Open action to pick up their first win of the season.

Pukekohe High were too good for Tuakau College on the road, picking up a 27-10 victory to remain atop the standings.
