Counties Manukau Rugby Union

 Counties Manukau Rugby are on the lookout for an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to assist with the Mitre 10 Cup preparation and lead the delivery of the strength and conditioning strategy across the Academy and Women’s program.

 Key Performance outcomes for the role include:

• Preparing the players for the physical demands of rugby
• Managing performance monitoring technology e.g. GPS, National Database)
• Minimize the risk of injury and fatigue affecting the players ability to perform
• Integration of nutrition strategy into Academy program
• Maintain comprehensive player records
